UKRAINIAN, BELARUS PRESIDENTS AND MOSCOW MAYOR CONGRATULATED KOCHARIAN ON WINNING PRESIDENTIAL ELECTIONS

In the course of a telephone conversation March 6 evening Ukrainian president Leonid Kuchma congratulated Robert Kocharian on his victory at the presidential elections of Armenia. Belarus president Alexander Lukashenko also sent a congratulatory telegram to Robert Kocharian on the occasion of winning the elections. He expressed confidence that Kocharian’s activities in the highest state office would further contribute to the development of the time-proved friendship and mutually favorable cooperation between the two countries for the welfare of the two peoples. Moscow mayor Yuri Luzhkov also congratulated Robert Kocharian on his victory.
