“The deal on passing a number of Armenian enterprises to Russia in exchange for payment of the state debt was profitable both for Armenia and Russia,” stated in the course of a press conference in Yerevan Chairman of the Union of Armenians of Russia and the World Armenian Congress Ara Abrahamian, Regnum news agency reported. However, in his words, respective work was not done for their exploitation and creation of employment. “The Armenian authorities should have introduced an exact mechanism when passing the enterprises, i.e. in case they are not exploited within a certain period of time these objects should be returned to Armenia,” Abrahamian noted.
