AZERI PRESIDENT: NO CONCESSIONS TO BE MADE FROM OUR PART

I will meet with Robert Kocharian within the frames of the Nagorno Karabakh conflict settlement in case the topic of the talks is determined, Ilham Aliyev told journalists. “There is a proposal to meet. I am not against meeting Robert Kocharian but the topic of the talks should be determined”, he noted. In his words, the position of Azerbaijan on the conflict settlement underwent no changes: “the conflict should be resolved in accord with jus gentum and territorial integrity of the country. No concessions will be from our part”, Ilham Aliyev stated adding that “he can discuss the security of the Armenian population of Nagorno Karabakh.”
