Presidential contender, incumbent Armenian leader Robert Kocharian does not plan to meet with head of the OSCE observation mission Peter Eicher. Representative of the candidate’s electoral headquarters Vahagn Mkrtchian told “Mediamax” agency. Let us note that today P.Eicher had a meeting with Stepan Demirchian, the other candidate for the president.
