The second round of the presidential elections in Armenia gives hope that legal authorities will be established in Armenia at last. Ex-candidate for the president, leader of the National Democratic Union Vazgen Manukian told “Arminfo” agency after voting at the corresponding election center. In his words, he is for certain aware of transgressions and gerrymanders in the course of the first round, as well as the second one being held today. In any case, the population activity lets expect establishment of legal authority in the country, V.Manukian emphasized.
