Commenting on foreign media reports that conditioned money-laundering charges against Civilitas Foundation by ex-minister Vartan Oskanian’s independent and pro-western position, head of Armenian Center for Democracy, Security and Development characterized Oskanian charges as quite plausible, according to Aravot daily.
“Had Armenian Prosecutor General considered a media publication on Oskanian case before, now he would have had facts against the ex-minister,” Andranik Kocharyan said.
