Head of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe observation mission Lord Russell-Johnston intends to visit a maximal possible number of election centers of Armenia today. The former PACE chairman told journalists at a polling station today. He emphasized that no serious transgressions were registered by the time. “The election morning is usually calm in all countries, but I expect some problems, too,” – Russell-Johnston said.
