As Yerevan Vice-Mayor Arman Sahakian reported at a press conference today,
yesterday the authorities of the capital got a complaint letter from
Yerevan student councils, which appealed to Yerevan Mayor asking to cancel
the tour of Philipp Kirkorov. The same day the City Hall of the
Armenian capital held a conference with the organizer of the concert –
Manukian Ltd., which agreed to the canceling of Kirkorov’s concert in
Yerevan. The authorities of the Armenian capital have called on Manukian
Ltd. to organize the return of the sold tickets. At that Arman Sahakian
again noted that Yerevan City Hall had not invited Philipp Kirkorov to
Yerevan and did not provide any financial
