Today all electoral centers of Armenia opened at 8 a.m. sharp. As reported by the central electoral commission of Armenia, the observers following the elections note that the elections have been held without incidents up to now. The second round of the presidential election vote will finish 8 p.m. The early returns of the vote should be made public in 28 hours after finishing the electoral process, and the final returns will be drawn in 72 hours. In case there are complaints additional 6 days are necessary for the final summing up. Let us remind that in the second round incumbent Armenian president Robert Kocharian and People party leader Stepan Demirchian claim for the presidential office.
