Lawyer Tigran Atanesyan won’t be defending the former head of Armenia’s Social Security Service, Vazgen Khachikyan.
At a news conference in Yerevan, the lawyer citied lack of time and a tight schedule behind his decision.
Earlier, Khachikyan was charged with misuse and embezzlement of major sums, as well as abuse of office.
