Armenian Parliament Speaker Hovik Abrahamyan has recently held “confidential” meetings with some strangers, Zhoghovurd daily reported.
Rumors are afloat that given the current tense relations between the ruling Republican Party of Armenia (RPA) and Prosperous Armenia party (PAP), National Assembly speaker is forced to hold mediated meetings with PAP leader Gagik Tsarukyan to make him sign another coalition memorandum.
However, all the attempts to win Prosperous Armenia back are doomed to failure as Tsarukyan refuses to shift his ground, the paper says.
