Ex-candidate for the Armenian president, leader of “National Unification” party Artashes Geghamian has submitted an application to the Constitutional Court of Armenia to appeal the returns of the presidential elections held in Armenia February 19. At present the document is at the stage of preliminary consideration on the instructions of court chairman Gagik Harutyunian. Let us remind that Artashes Geghamian was third in the number of votes gathered at the elections held. He won the preference of 250 145 citizens of the country, which was 17.7% of the total number of those who had participated in the vote.
