Heritage Party leader bears no grudge against the head of Free Democrats party Khachatur Kokobelyan.
“The issue is a closed chapter for us,” Raffi Hovannisian told a news conference.
“We solved our differences and shook hands on it. I’m sure that the new generation of Free Democtars will work to repair their mistakes,” Hovannisian said, wishing the party all the best.
As recent reports suggested earlier, Kokobelyan went back on his promise to resign his MP seat.
As was earlier agreed with Free Democrats party leader, Hovannisian pledged to quit his seat in case the former does so.
However, Kokobelyan failed to follow Hovannisian’s suit in submitting an application to quit his deputy seat.
