An action in the memory of the massacre and murder of Armenians in Sumgait town of Azerbaijan 15 years ago will be held in Yerevan tomorrow. Representatives of the executive and legislative authorities of Armenia and Yerevan will participate in the procession to move from the Friendship square to the memorial of the victims of the Armenian Genocide. Let us remind that the anti-Armenian pogroms in Azerbaijan culminated in Sumgait in late February of 1988, when tens were killed and hundreds of citizens of Armenian origin were wounded.
