By February 25 administrative proceedings had been instituted against 107 Armenian citizens for participation in unauthorized meetings and processions. As the press service of the ministry of justice of Armenia told “Arminfo” agency, 56 out of them are detained and the rest are fined. According to the source, people earlier convicted of hooliganism, robbery, illegal possession of arms and drugs form a large number among the arrested.
