HEYDAR ALIYEV CONSIDERS TIME HAS COME TO SETTLE KARABAKH CONFLICT

Azeri president Heydar Aliyev met with US co-chair of the OSCE Minsk group Rudolf Perina in Washington yesterday. The American diplomat, as reported by “Arminfo” agency, informed Aliyev on his latest meeting with the Minsk group Russian and French co-chairs. In the course of the conversation the Azeri leader said it was not possible to maintain the Nagorno Karabakh conflict current state and emphasized that time had come to settle it.
