In spite the acknowledgement of the Armenian Genocide is not among the preconditions for Turkey’s accession to the EU, Turkey should not refuse from its history, stated member of European group of ecologists, ethnic Turk Eozdemir, reported the Yerkir newspaper referring to Haratch Armenian newspaper being issued in France. «Armenians of Turkey, who lost their relatives, should have a monument symbolizing their pain,» Eozdemir noted.
