February 20 Nagorno Karabakh marked the 15-th anniversary of its national liberation movement. The public visited the memorial complex in Stepanakert, where soldiers fallen in the national liberation movement and victims of the Sumgait slaughter are buried. A statement has been passed at the expanded membership sitting of the Nagorno Karabakh parliament, which specifically notes that the Republic in the person of the democratically elected authorities is ready to settle the Karabakh conflict via negotiations and addresses a call for cooperation to the parliaments of the world.
