ALIYEV AND PUTIN TO DISCUSS KARABAKH PROBLEM

Today Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev will arrive in Russia on a two-day working visit to take part in the 9-th International Economic Forum in Saint Petersburg. Within the frames of the visit, Aliyev will meet with Russian President Vladimir Putin and discuss the Karabakh conflict settlement.
