ARF Dashnaktsutyun deems the ruling authorizes’ anti-corruption measures irrelevant due to the lack of readiness for systematic changes, party member said.
“The changes must be systematic,”Artsvik Minasyan said at a discussion on “Corruption in Armenia and social perception in pre-election stage”.
He further offered to approve a separate anti-corruption law and set up an agency to pursue a balanced policy in struggle against corruption.
Heritage parliamentary group member Armen Martirosyan, in turn, stressed the need for the opposition and civil society representatives to comprise the majority in the institution, ruling out the authorities’ presence in it.
