Over a third of Armenian citizens residing in Moscow have already participated in the Armenian presidential elections. Armenian ambassador to Russia Armen Smbatian told “Arminfo” agency. In his words, by 4:30 p.m. Moscow time 1600 out of the 4 thousand people having franchise had participated in the elections. “The elections proceed normally, without any incidents. To the opposite, electorate is very active,” – Armen Smbatian noted.
