ARF Dashnaktsutyun’s Armenian Cause Political Affairs Office Director slammed the authorities over the absence of clear-cut domestic and foreign policy in 2012.
“Ambassadors play a major role in Armenia’s foreign policy. Some of them have extensive involvement in the country’s policymaking, while others only promote personal interests,” Giro Manoyan said, adding that 2012 was notable for anti-Armenian propaganda by Azerbaijan.
He criticized the lack of progress in Armenian-Turkish relations due to the RA ruling authorities’ reluctance to make a change.
As for Armenian-Iranian ties, Mr. Manoyan attached special importance to the economic cooperation.
