According to early official returns of the central electoral commission of Armenia, by 11 a.m. local time 112 thousand (4.8%) constituents had participated in the elections of the president of Armenia. Chairman of the commission Artak Sahradian stated. 3 160 electors out of the total of 90 396 of Aragatsotn region had already made their choice by the time. Within the same period 201 427 constituents out of the 12 713 of Lori region had taken part in the elections. Artak Sahradian evaluates citizens’ participation as “rather active.” Let us note that the central electoral commission of Armenia will inform about the number of people, who have already participated in the vote at 1865 polling stations of the country every three hours.
