According to 168 Zham daily, Prosperous Armenia leader Gagik Tsarukyan learned about party member Ruben Ayvazyan’s decision to run for president after winter holidays.
“Extremely surprised by the information, Tsarukyan took efforts to hinder Ayvazyan from getting officially registered as a presidential candidate. Meanwhile, Prosperous Armenia members were confident of Ayvazyan’s chances to win the race,” the paper says.
