NAGORNO KARABAKH AND AZERBAIJAN EXCHANGED PRISONERS OF WAR

An exchange of prisoners of war was held in Aghdam stretch of the contact line between the armed forces of Nagorno Karabakh and Azerbaijan. As the NKR state commission on prisoners of war, hostages and missing told “Mediamax” agency, the Azeri party has conveyed NKR defense army contract serviceman Smbat Poghosian, who had lost his way and found himself in the Azeri territory the other day. In their turn, the Nagorno Karabakh authorities passed to Azerbaijan Azeri military captive Hamid Alekperov, detained February 13 when trying to cross the NKR defense line.
