Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO) Secretary general Nikolai Bordyuzha and National Security Council (NSC) Secretary Artur Baghdasaryan signed a memorandum of understanding on creation of a CSTO Academy in Armenia.
According to Bordyuzha, the academy, as a scientific, educational and analytical center, will train experts to be further involved in CSTO activities.
Baghdasaryan, in turn, stressed the importance of the Academy, expressing hope for the latter to launch in 2013.
