Secretary General of the Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO) Nikolay Bordyuzha has deemed Armenian presidential candidate Paruyr Hayrikyan’s shooting to be a serious incident.
During Feb 1 spacebridge, he voiced hope that “Armenia’s law enforcement bodies will soon find the culprit.”
“The occurred may serve a reason for the delay of the presidential vote. I have just returned from Armenia and can confidently say that the election campaign runs in smooth and democratic mode,” he said, expressing hope for the campaign to maintain the previous course of development.
