Second president of Armenia Robert Kocharian has congratulated Serzh Sargsayn on reelection. As it was reported earlier, ex-leader didn’t go to the polls due to not being abroad.
In conversation with a PanARMENIAN.Net reporter, Kocharian’s spokesman Viktor Soghomonyan said Robert Kocharian was still abroad.
Prosperous Armenia leader Gagik Tsarukyan didn’t go to the polls, either, due to being abroad.
