Armenian people have succeeded in choosing Raffi Hovannisian as a de facto president, a member of Armenian National Congress (ANC) opposition bloc, MP Nikol Pashinyan said.
At a rally in Yerevan, Pashinyan announced the next steps program. “We cannot allow the defeat of people, we must conclude an agreement with the authorities, but not accept Serzh Sargsyan’s victory or his illegal power.”
“Raffi Havannisian must be declared president,” Pashinyan said.
