The perpetrators of March 1, 2008 events are still unknown, the head of Artsakh Compatriotic Union said.
According to Hamlet Harutyunyan, some powerful organizations are behind the March 1 tragedy.
“These forces are provoking another political crisis that will benefit our external enemies. Foreign forces indirectly intervene in creation of the crisis. A lot of organizations get foreign funding. Most of the rallies are initiated by these organizations,” he said, adding that Heritage party, too, receives foreign aid.
