“I sincerely envy Nagorno Karabakh, which is not subject to manipulations. Karabakh has chosen its way and it’s almost impossible to exert pressure upon it,” Vice Speaker of South Ossetian parliament Yuri Dzitstsoyti stated. In his words, the situation is conditioned by the fact that Karabakh moves within democracy framework. “Karabakh enjoys Armenia’s support and it greatly alleviates its problems.
