Russian ambassador to Armenia Anatoly Dryukov handed Armenian parliament speaker Armen Khachatrian the invitation of chairman of the council of federation of the Russian Federal Assembly Sergey Mironov for participation in the recurrent meeting of the Caucasian four to be held in Kislovodsk Russian city February 7-8. As the Armenian parliament head noted thereupon, some progress although a small one was apparent at all of such meetings. In his words, the format of the meetings lets have frank and free deliberations over topical regional issues. Let us note that speakers of the parliaments of Armenia Armen Khachatrian, Azerbaijan Murtuz Aleskerov, Georgia Nino Burdjanadze, Russia Sergey Mironov will participate in the Kislovodsk meeting.
