Sociometer center conducted a public opinion poll on March 29-30, ahead of Yerevan city council elections.
“About 54% of voter turnout is expected during the elections, which exceeds the index recorded during the previous polls,” head of the center Aharon Adibekyan told a press conference.
According to the survey, 44,5% of the residents see an honest person as Yerevan mayor, 40,5% think a skillful specialist should assume the post, and only 7,0% of the respondents see a politician at the post.
45,5% of the respondents have voiced readiness to go to the elections, 9,0% were still undecided, with 37,0% expressing reluctance.
