Acting Justice Minister suggests waiting 28 days for govt. composition

Acting Justice Minister Hrayr Tovmasyan strictly adheres to the Constitution-stipulated order for appointment of the Cabinet of Ministers, refusing to comment whether he’ll keep his post.

Tovmasyan suggested waiting for 28 more legally stipulated days for the appointment of the Prime Minister, who’ll submit the list of ministerial nominees for Armenian leader’s consideration. Further, the new government will present its program to the country’s parliament to launch work after an approval is given.

Dwelling on the problems in Armenia’s legal sector, Tovmasyan urged for drastic change in the judicial branch, penal system, notaries system operations, among others.
