We should attain international recognition of the Armenian Genocide in Ottoman Turkey and the right of Nagorno Karabakh for self-determination, as well as sustainable peace and stability in the region. Armenian foreign minister Vardan Oskanian said at “Pro Armenia” conference in Paris. In his words, as reported by “Mediamax” agency, from the historical and legal points of view the Nagorno Karabakh people is entitled to claiming the land, where it lives and which has never been part of independent Azerbaijan. “That people has gained a victory not only at the military front, but also at all the others,” – the Armenian foreign ministry head emphasized.
