On April 15, Gyumri Mayor Samvel Balasanyan met with Luit Kelfkens, PUM – Netherlands senior experts’ country coordinator for Armenia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan and Uzbekistan.
Mayor Balasanyan stressed the importance of active cooperation with the organization. Mr. Kelfkens, in turn, noted that the organization covers 7 fields, including exchange of experience, training of specialists, etc.
The expert also pledged to help Gyumri purchase a large-scale device for 3D animation projects to be used during the official opening of the program titled “Gyumri-CIS cultural capital” and other events.
Cooperation prospects were further discussed.
