NAGORNO KARABAKH RESOLVED TO CONVEY MILITARY CAPTIVE ELMEDDIN ABIYEV TO AZERI PARTY

Nagorno Karabakh president Arkady Ghukasian has resolved to pass military captive Elmeddin Abiyev, taken prisoner when an Azeri diversion and intelligence group had tried to penetrate into the NKR territory January 8, to the Azeri party.
