In compliance with the changes and supplements to the law “On veterans of the Great Patriotic War,” the Armenian government has confirmed the order of assignment and payment of money compensations to veterans and invalids of the war for electric energy consumption and transport expenses. As the press service of the government personnel told “Arka” agency, a decision is made to pay 2000 Armenian drams to the war veterans and 2500 Armenian drams to the invalids. 1000 drams out of them are provided as monthly payment for the consuming electricity, and instead of transport benefits the veterans will receive 1000 drams, and the invalids of the war – 1500 drams on the basis of the difference in the benefits granted.
