HEYDAR ALIYEV CALLED NOT TO EXAGGERATE ISSUE OF AZERI CAPTIVE’S FATE

Azeri president Heydar Aliyev called not to especially exaggerate the issue of the fate of Azeri military captive Elmeddin Abiyev, who is in one of the military hospitals of Nagorno Karabakh. As reported by “Arminfo” agency, he told journalists upon his return to Baku from Kiev, where the informal summit of the CIS state heads was held. In Heydar Aliyev’s words, president of Armenia Robert Kocharian has pledged that the prisoner will be returned to his fatherland as soon as his health allows him.
