Armenian grandmaster Levon Aronian suffered his first defeat in the fourth round of Norway Chess 2013 tournament.
He lost to Russia’s Sergey Karjakin to drop 3rd with 2 points. The fifth round is due today, on May 13, with Aronian to face off against Azerbaijan’s Teimour Radjabov, Hikaru Nakamura (U.S.) and Veselin Topalov (Bulgaria).
