The decision “On measures for preparation and holding celebrations on the occasion of the 15-th anniversary of the Karabakh national liberation struggle” was signed by prime minister of the Nagorno Karabakh Republic Anushavan Danielian the other day. As reported by “De Facto” agency, a governmental commission headed by vice premier Yuri Ghazarian is formed to coordinate the festivities. The program and list of the festal measures is also approved.
