Chairman of the central electoral Commission of Azerbaijan Mazakhir Panakhov is not going to participate in the CIS observation mission at the presidential elections in Armenia. According to Baku media, as reported by “Arminfo” agency, Panakhov said that during the meetings at international forums his Armenian counterpart had invited him for the elections in 2003, at the same time expressing desire to observe elections in Azerbaijan. Let us note that yesterday deputy chairman of the CIS executive committee Dmitry Bulakhov did not rule out the opportunity of the Azeri party’s participation in the CIS observation mission in Armenia.
