Azeri FM: Yerevan and Baku Should Agree on Three Issues of Karabakh Settlement

Armenia and Azerbaijan still have to agree over three issues of settlement of the Nagorno Karabakh conflict, Azeri FM Elmar Mammadyarov stated. «There are three issues in settlement of the Nagorno Karabakh conflict. I hope we will be able to solve two out of these,» the Azeri FM said. «If the OSCE MG co-chairs do not guide the process, the presidents will continue the talks,» he added. At the same time he doubted the talks of the Armenian and Azeri presidents scheduled February 11-12 will be fruitful. «If Armenians further insist on their position, I do not think any progress will be made at the talks,» Mammadyarov said, reported Interfax.
