Official Baku is trying to transfer the Nagorno Karabakh problem to a different level representing Armenia as an aggressor, member of ARF Dashtaktsutyun – Movement 88 Gegham Baghdasaryan stated during round-table discussions initiated by the ARFD Artsakh Committee. In his words, such transformation is inadmissible. “The worst mistake was that we let Nagorno Karabakh be excluded from the negotiation process having made it a topic of the talks,” the deputy said. In his opinion, presently there are no discrepancies between the principles of the right of self-determination and territorial integrity. He emphasized that both principles can be applied for a fair resolution of the Nagorno Karabakh problem and recognition of the NKR independence.
