Civilization Monument to Be Erected in Kars

A monument called “Civilization” will be erected in Kars. The monument with 20 meters high will become the first work of art created by Turkish, Azeri and Georgian sculptors. According to the author of the project Mehmet Ersoy, the $120 thousand project will be sponsored by the province of Kars, Aytemiz company group and the union of architects. The memorial complex, the joint project of Turkey, Georgia and Azerbaijan, will consist of a huge sculpture of a crying eye and two human figures.
