Boxer Henrik Mokoyan (56kg) suffered a defeat against Russia’s Sergey Vodopyanov, thus earning the first bronze medal for Armenia at Kazan-hosted Universiade.
Before, Mokoyan won the bout against Oh Byungwook of South Korea.
Artur Kirajyan (64kg) will take on Moldova's Dmitry Galagot.
