In his words, if Azerbaijan wants to solve the issue by force, the Karabakh party is able to organize the defense, counterattack and preventive strikes. At that Ohanyan underscored that Nagorno Karabakh successively comes for peace settlement of the issue. «Nagorno Karabakh has de facto decided its affair, however it should have been fixed during talks,» Ohanyan said.
