Solana Welcomes Peter Semneby Appointment as EU Envoy to South Caucasus

EU High Commissioner on Foreign and Security Policy Javier Solana welcomed appointment of Peter Semneby as EU Special Representative for the South Caucasus. Solana promised his «full assistance» to Peter Semneby and hoped for effective cooperation. He also thanked Finnish representative Heikki Talvitie for his services as the EU Special Representative.
