Russia is for compromise solution of the Nagorno Karabakh conflict without external interference. Russian president Vladimir Putin stated addressing the press conference after the top-level Russian-Armenian talks today. At the same time the Russian leader emphasized that the unsettled relations between the countries of the region prevented full cooperation between Russia and Armenia. “We want to develop normal and full relations with both Armenia and Azerbaijan,” – V.Putin noted.
