Azeri Commission on Refugees Defalcated Part of US Money

In the Human Rights Report 2005 the US State Department censured Azerbaijan’s State Commission on Refugee Affairs and Displaced Persons. The report specifically notes that the Commission spent some $82 million in 2005. It notes that the Commission defalcated part of the sum. This resulted in strict criticism by the US, reports the Azg newspaper.
